Finding a successful President at a smaller company to run a bigger company is quite difficult. The transition will be much easier as the process of learning curve will be shorter. A President is the leader who must give importance to attending tasks and work relationships. A leader should have the ability to reach out to all his or her employees and communicate a vision with them. Hiring or recruiting a new President for a company is treated as one of the biggest challenges a board faces. The board needs to comprehend and agree on what the Presidents role is and what is the situation of the company and what the company is trying to establish. Thirdly, a candidate for the role of a President must possess the knowledge and understanding of the business activities along with the public policies. An individual must have the knowledge and understanding of the corporate lending practices, transaction structures and investments that are engaged with the management and development of the financial instruments. Along with this, an individual must be educated enough to have knowledge of sound corporate governance and principles of the requirements of the management (Priest Gass, 2017). Ability to handle conflict and overcome obstacles A candidate applying for the post of a President in a company should have the ability of a solid strategic sense, proper thinking, innovation and alteration of skills at the time of the development of business strategies, policy-making activities and corporate planning. He or she must have the capability to built effective working relationships with the Board of Directors, the Deputy Minister and the Ministers along with his or her office. To become a President of a company, he or she must be able to act as the spokesperson by showing off its communication skills in both oral and written form for representing the stakeholders, governments, media, other organizations and public institutions. Lastly, he or she must possess high ethical standards, capability of being fair and integrity. Having ethical traits will make the leader a better person and will increase the goodwill of the company. He or she must have the skills in resolving any sort of dispute in the companies. However, a person cannot be elected as a President if that particular individual is neither a citizen of Europe nor a permanent resident of that country. He must have been an employer in the public service of a province. Worldwide, the cultures and societies that have accommodated the act of polygamy are well aware that emotional, societal, economic, and physical factors are inflicted upon the well-being of women along with their families. This act has been outlawed in Canada since 1892, and there are many debates in progress of determining whether or not Canada ought to legalize the practice of foreign polygamous marriages (Campbell, 2005). The ban on polygamy should be overturned in Canada, for the reason that different religious and cultural practices that involved polygamy do in fact exist within this diverse nation, as well, it is ben eficial to women and their children in terms of financial support and domestic assistance between the wives. However, this practice is contrary to the values and notions of equality between males and females in the Canadian and western society. College Experience Essay

Growing up college was never an alternative for me; I finished high school and moved from Cuba to the United States. English was a language that seemed impossible for me and in my perspective; I thought I could get by with owning a business and living off of that. When tax season arrived like every year I had my accountant do them for me, nonetheless, I reviewed my business taxes and figured out that there were inaccuracies. I decided to ask the manager of H&R Block near my business to overlook my taxes for me and while I explained the inconsistencies discovered, she suggested that I should become an accountant. That’s when my college experience began, where I hoped to acquire knowledge in accounting, learn towards other subjects, and acquire traits that have been difficult for me to attain. Speech was one of the first classes I took and noticing the struggle I was having with the language, I began to feel overstressed and felt the need to quit. The professor of the class overheard me stating to my classmate that I didn’t think I can handle the class, she interfered in the conversation and began encouraging me to take it and alleged to not lose hope and continue fighting for my dreams. Giving me motivation and inspiration, I decided to stay in college because of the professor. I continued my courses and began to learn step by step procedures on accounting and the right ways to do so. My knowledge began to increase and my interest in the accounting field began to grow. Being in college has given me the ability to learn not only accounting but other subjects such as Literature, English, Ethics, and other related subjects that provided me with the motivation I needed to proceed in my education; in a blink of an eye I was receiving my associate’s degree of science in accounting â€Å"Magna Cum Laude†. This gave me the inspiration to move forward with my career and obtain my bachelor’s degree in accoun ting. Learning about other subjects helped me in improving my comprehension and helped me become more wise in not only academics but in life as well. My college experience was not something easy to deal with, it was emotionally stressing. Life’s pressure of maintaining a house, working and taking care of my children was a difficult thing to do while attending college. One of the most challenging obstacles in college are the assignments, quizzes, and preparing for big tests. Not procrastinating is one of the things helped me deal with my stress. As soon as an assignment was given I would start on it right away to have more time afterwards to review and edit my work. Encouragement and motivation gave me the strength to continue when I thought I was never going to attain the ability to graduate from college. Knowledge was not the only thing I obtained from college. I learned to believe in myself, be more ambitious, and follow my dreams which were traits I thought I could never accomplish. I learned towards other subjects that made me an improved individual overall. I believe these are the key aspects to get through college successfully and wisely. These aspects helped me take the right steps into the future of my career and my life. Two classes away from graduating I hope that I will not only become a responsible, perseverant, and confident professional in my work field but as an individual as well.

Language Many of the different cultures are shaped by the languages of the world. Language is a lot more than just a way of communicating. There are varieties of Languages on this earth. It can be mistaken for its meaning and how it can affect the world around us. Language pertains to speech. Speech and language are two different things.
